1. Certification fee* |
1ST Year: $350 first location, $300 each additional location. |
At time of initial application (1st year) and on anniversary date in subsequent years |
If withdrawn before inspector has been assigned, one half of certification fee refunded. If withdrawn after inspector has been assigned, certification fees nonrefundable. |
2. Semi-Annual Assessments |
0.005% of gross sales of certified organic products. |
Due on February 14th and each year for the previous six-month period. |

$200 deposit due upon receipt of application. Remainder due within 30 days of posting invoice. (QCS reserves the right to increase the amount of deposit in special circumstances.) |
